this is invented especially for railway workers (PWI department) to reach the breakdown spot in less time,the purpose of rail bicycle is to reach the spot in less time(those spot which are far away from road aproach ), now railways already using motor trolly, tower wagons to reach the spot, but in emergency condition and when trains stops in mid section they can’t reach the spot in time, so to avoid the delay this vehicle is introduced, so that staff can reach the spot in less time and do the needful actio
