Upon further inspection, Horton discovers tiny city of Who-Ville and all the people who live there. Horton cannot see the tiny residents but he can hear them. He makes friends with the Mayor of Who-Ville, Ned McDodd and promises him that he will get the tiny city to safety. Horton comes up against many that oppose his new friends and thinks he is just a little looney, because they can’t see or hear the tiny citizens. They don’t believe Horton or that the tiny Who-Ville is real. Come see what happens with Horton and the people of Who-Ville.
