Eyedress - Manila Ice

Multi-talented Filipino artist Eyedress delivered one of the year’s most unique albums with ’Manila Ice’. Blending disparate influences across genres, the self-produced album chronicles his often difficult experience as a young parent raising a child in the Philippines. The title track from the album is particularly critical of the current state of Manila, and now he’s revisiting the song with a striking video that takes a closer look at Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte’s unjust and violent war on drugs.
