We lived for her, we died for her and she still stands……….JE This song describes a little girl’s farewell to her father going to war to fight under the Rhodesian flag. “The Green and White”, his first letter home and his joyful safe return. I originally wrote this song for father and daughter duo Ted and Beverley Lynn. It was a huge hit.
