Undertale, but I’m always Green

In this Undertale mod, my soul is ALWAYS green, meaning I can’t move anymore but can only block bullets with a shield! It’s just like how it is in the Undyne fight, but now for every single battle in the game! So, what happens in Undertale when you can’t dodge but are forced to block instead?
