DIY Decoupage Vase With Liquid Pearls (HD)

I had leftover tissue from my 2nd decoupage wine bottle and decided to make a vase. I loved how this came out except, I wish I had practiced using the liquid pearls before putting them on the vase. It still came out okay but I’m a perfectionist and it drives me crazy when I know I could have made it better lol!
