Cycling Upgrades with Ms. Cools - Pine “Flat“ is STEEP!

On today’s cycling upgrade Ms. Cools and I will take you up a local climb called Pine Flat. Pine Flat is considered by locals as one of the very best climbs in Sonoma County. Not too long ago Alberto Contador and his team Astana ascended this climb during a training ride leading up to the tour of California.
