A Ukrainian drone attacked the Russian Special Forces University (RUS) in Gudermes , Chechnya. According to Ramzan Kadyrov, the attack targeted an empty building. This is the first attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on Chechen territory during the entire period of the Special Military Operation.A missile strike was carried out on Lugansk; judging by the published footage, at least two missiles landed.
