Combat work of an armored group of the Airborne Forces

An armored group of Russian paratroopers destroyed a group of Ukrainian militants in a stronghold in the Vesely area in the Soledaro-Artyomovsk direction. Having received the task of destroying a group of Ukrainian Armed Forces infantry in a strong point, the crew of a mobile armored group of the Guards Parachute Regiment of the Airborne Forces, operating on BMD-2K-AU airborne combat vehicles, quickly moved under cover of darkness to a given area to destroy the specified targets. Paratroopers constantly carry out daring raids and get almost close to the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces both day and night. The fire is carried out by direct fire with high-explosive fragmentation ammunition in short bursts, from a distance of no more than 500 meters from the enemy and adjusted using a quadcopter with thermal imaging equipment. After hitting the target and destroying the personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in order to avoid return fire from units of enemy fire weapons, the crew of the airborne combat vehicle immediately folds and changes its firing position. Having changed positions, the mobile armored group of Tula paratroopers continued to destroy the personnel of the Ukrainian formations.
