Hundreds expected to honour former Burkina Faso President Sankara
Hundreds of people are expected to gather in Burkina Faso’s capital to pay tribute to former President Thomas Sankara on the anniversary of his assassination in 1987.
Sankara was a revolutionary Pan-Africanist who led the country in the 1980s.
