1000 rep ab & core challenge! A perfect workout as a challenge to work through at your own pace! The abdominal muscles and core will be challenged! Each exercise is performed for 50 reps! Where we perform on one side, we will do 25 reps and switch to opposite side for other 25 reps! All you will need for this workout is approximately 30 minutes and your mat!
