Spirit of Freedom. Land of Alania

“Spirit of Freedom“ is a short non-narrative film dedicated to my native land - Ossetia-Alania. For several years I have been trying to show its incredible beauty. A lot of people who live here rediscovered Ossetia together with me. For those who have never been to Ossetia or heard about it, this region has become a real revelation. Untouched nature, hospitable people, delicious food, music that gives you goosebumps and makes you want to dance, unique architecture that keeps the history of our ancestors, traditions and customs that are passed down from generation to generation, and which contain our identity - what makes us descendants of the great Alans. This video is unique in its own way. For the first time, I decided to make a montage not to an existing melody, but to create something new. Therefore, for help, I turned to a very talented Ukrainian composer - Yegor Litovchenko. He was inspired by the idea, listening to my stories about the history of my land, and we began to create.
