Hi guys! So excited to be back to uploading training content!!! Here is a challenging, but awesome leg day workout to target your Glutes and Quads! This is one of my favorite workouts to get that crazy contact in both your glutes and quads in just one session. This is a great way to show you how you can work glute training into your other lower body days without the overkill so you are able to train them multiple times a week! I also love me some quads and this will DEFINITELY give you what you need to see
