The Outer Worlds Any% Speedrun in 30:54 (34:36 RTA)

The Outer Worlds is an open world RPG made by Obsidian - the creators of Fallout New Vegas. The Any% speedrun is the completion of the game with any percentage of the game complete - AKA the fastest time possible to finish the game. This run is very early in development and the times will changed over the next couple of weeks - but a sub 31 is a good starting ground for the category.
