Mortal Kombat Reconciliation Sprite Animation Part 8 | Special Forces vs Black Dragon. Sonya, Johnny Cage, and the Special Forces rush downtown to face off against Kano, and his Black Dragon clan. All hell breaks loose as usual. This video was a huge amount of more work. The scale of this video dwarfs the other episodes, and it might just be a bit too big because I can’t keep up this insane pace of content output. The main reason why this video is so huge, is because I pulled the opening scene of Part 9 and plugged it at the end of this video. Having to create this extra scene really push the work load to it’s limit. It’s a record 18 minutes long, with a massive 90% of it being full blast action. I remixed and remastered every instrument of the background music, and it turned out great; it’s the best audio work I’ve ever done. I keep unintentionally making these videos bigger and longer, but there’s no way I can keep up this pace. I’d say 10-15 minute videos will be my goal. I really have my work laid out for me in Part 9, as it’s going to be an even bigger project. Part 9 was already written since Part 5, and it’s going to be epic. Technically this video is pretty much the same as Part 7, so there wasn’t a lot of graphic design needed; only the Special Forces truck, and the police weapons. I re-used most of the background graphics from part 7, and borrowed some flames and fire effects from Part 5. The red sky I used in Part 7 has been a huge pain; it’s very glichy and randomly pixelates. I ran multiple tests, and nothing seems to fix this extremely annoying glich.
