Lambis lambis - Spider Conch

Some spider shells from the Cairns inshore area (also common on the reef). These were filmed during the summer day tides. All the shells shown are rather battered old girls. I did find some lovely young shells but never got round to filming them. In some areas it is not unusual to find one every 5 or 10 minutes.
