Two Russian warships in China for joint naval exercise, target ’security threats’ in signal to West

A major naval cooperation event is taking place at the Chinese port of Zhanjiang. Two powerful corvettes from the Russian Pacific Fleet have arrived to participate in the joint naval exercise “Maritime Cooperation - 2024.“ The event includes joint meetings, strategic discussions, and practical exercises. Additionally, a cultural program is planned for the crews. Scheduled to occur from July 15th to 17th, the exercise aims to strengthen the naval partnership between Russia and China.
