OTEP on Robbs MetalWorks

I’m glad to finally see this interview getting out, as I’ve always loved the vibe of it. Personally, I thought Otep was cool, sexy and intelligent as you’ll see she expresses how serious she is about her art. This interview conducted at the now defunct, Backroom in Austin on December 10th, 2002 was in support of the bands debut release for Captial Records, ’Sevas Tra’, which I still enjoy listening to after all these years. I know that Otep has gone on to have a great career in fact, has a new record coming out soon,....but this is a look back at the humble artist who is at the heart of it all. ~ El Mero Metal, Robb Chavez
