Kevin OAK 800 Lb Trap Bar Deadlift All Sets

Worked up to 802 Lbs on TrapBar Deadlifts. I like using the trap bar as an accessory lift because it allows me to overload while keeping my back straight. It also just kills your legs and back. I’ve been sick the past couple of days so I wanted to do one solid exercise that would hit legs and back and this did it for me.
