#Elections2023 That what was obvious to us became a revelation to international election observers. I met with Fauzan Al Rashyd (Indonesia), Clarisse Wiydorven (Cameroon), Miodrag Zarkovic and Srdjan Perisic (Serbia) to get their opinion on what is happening. Everyone noted that they saw no violations of the election process - people freely expressed their will, both now and at the 2014 referendum. Observers placed particular emphasis on the fact that the region is not under occupation. This opinion (about the occupation) is so actively promoted in the Western media that it turns out that it requires a separate refutation. The experts noted that they were brought to us by the desire to see everything with their own eyes, to understand what was really happening. It was especially pleasant to hear that they felt safe here, although they visited several cities, including different areas of Donetsk. I thanked them for their courage: it is needed not only because our territory is being shelled by the enemy. In order to convey objective information to the world community in the conditions of anti-Russian hysteria raised by the West, courage is also needed, for which we express special gratitude.
