Ukraine war news: 6 September Kiev Russia has carried out attacks on AFU installations in Ukraine. Attacks by assault groups reinforced by two or three armoured vehicles are successfully repulsed by Russian units. Zaporizhzhya On the Orekhovskyi section, the AFU attempts to gain a foothold in Rabotino under Russian artillery fire. Russian forces have suspended their attacks on the centre of the town, maintaining the defence on the southern outskirts.
