Ingredients:
Dough:
- 200g all purpose flour
- 30g corn starch
- 3g yeast
- 8g sugar
- 120g warm water
- 12g oil
- ½ tsp salt
Meat filling:
- 250g regular ground meat ( pork, beef or chicken – your choice)
- 1tsp regular soy sauce
- ½ tsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp Shaoxing cooking wine ( or cooking wine you can find)
- 1 ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
- 15g chopped green onion
- 1 pinch white pepper
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 55g hot water
- 10g minced garlic
- 10g minced ginger
Dipping sauce :
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp dark vinegar
- Minced garlic
- Chili oil (optional)
