1 red onion
6 cloves garlic
1 medium carrot
75 g shiitake mushrooms
10g ginger
75g spring onion
20g chickpeas
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
100g tofu
salt and pepper to taste
Dipping Sauce
2 tbsp calamansi juice (substitute with lemon or vinegar)
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp chili bean paste
1/4 cup soy sauce
chili garlic oil
