Climbing The Leaning Tower of Pisa (Italy)

La Torre Pendente di Pisa. I made it to the top and back on a hot day! Climbing the tower proved to be quite the adventure, not just because of the physical effort, but also due to the intriguing sensation it offered. The ascent was a dizzying experience, with moments when it genuinely felt like gravity was playing tricks on me, giving the distinct impression of falling. The combination of the tower’s iconic lean and the winding spiral staircase with its 294 steps seemed to conspire to create an optical illusion that challenged my balance and perception. Next time join me to test your stamina! :-) Check out my other exciting trips: ► La Collezione di Armi della Fortezza di San Leo (Italy): ► Tortures of San Leo (Italy) | Cagliostro: ► Ascensore Panoramico - Mole Antonelliana (Torino): ► Naples: ► Amalfi e Positano: ► Salerno: ► Barolo: ► Villa Badoer and Rovigo: ► Porto Garibaldi | Compleanno di Simone 2023: Instagram:
