The 8th National Conference of War Veterans took place here on July 26 amid the noble respect and congratulations of all the people across the country to the veterans. Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea (WPK) and president of the State Affairs of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea, met and had a photo session with the participants in the 8th National Conference of War Veterans who significantly commemorated the great V-Day before the Monument to the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War on July 28.
