The sound demo starts at 3:20.
After making the drum sequencer I wanted to make a new drum synthesizer to use with it. And now I have done it.
The snare and cymbal sounds are made with a system of squarewave generators and XOR gates. The drum sounds are filtered squarevawes. And finally I finally managed to make a decent quijada sound based on a pulse generator and an LC filter.
The music is the old Peter Andre hit “Turn it up“ that I play on a pile of synthesizers: Korg Rhythm 55 (rhythm), Korg Poly-800 (bass), Roland JX-8P (melody), Roland D-20 (chords and harmonies), Elka EM-44 (strings), Siel DK-80 (intro)
