Song: How To Save A Life Artist: The Fray Hey everyone, another Daryl Dixon edit here. This song just suits TWD and Daryl so well in my opinion. I adore the tone and the lyrics a lot and I figured it would be a nice idea to make a tribute to Daryl with it. I know that this means two Daryl tributes in a row, some people might not like that, but I feel like season 10 episode 18 ’Find Me’ had so much editing potential that I had to squeeze out one more Daryl edit, before going to the next project. And it’s a nice present for the people that do love Daryl and can’t get enough of him. I interpreted the song a bit broadly by replacing the word ’friend’ with just ’a beloved person’, which could mean anything from a brother, to a love interest to actually just a friend. I feel like that way I had a lot more creative room and I don’t think it actually hurts the message of the song at all.
