I went to the Winter Forest to test my new camping gear from OneWind® I decided to install a simple shelter made of ultra-light tarp and a compact canopy, which can also be used as a floor mat. I am a big fan of multifunctional stuff and this gear fully meets my idea of quality, simplicity and reliability. As a bed, I used an inflatable pad by Unigear and covered myself with Alexika Summer Plus sleeping bag, since the winter sleeping bag from Carinthia never arrived. For heating, I chose Nodya the traditional taiga campfire, proven by time and many generations. It was warm and comfortable with this fire and you could do without a sleeping bag at all. Such a shelter in combination with a long log fire is a great way to spend time in the Winter Forest and enjoy winter camping in the snow.
