The Seasons of the Year - Reading in English - The Seasons Reading 1 of 5

A short reading activity about the SEASONS OF THE YEAR in English. This is reading 1 of 5 about The Seasons. The reading contains three paragraphs and is written in the present tense. The full text will appear on screen and you will hear someone read it. There are two questions after the reading. There is a 4-second pause before the three possible multiple choice answers appear. This is to give students time to think of their own correct answer without any help. 4 seconds after these multiple choice alternatives appear, the correct answer will be given. The next section includes two sentences with YES or NO below them. Students must decide which of these two answers (yes or no) are correct according to what appears in the text. The viewer is given 4 seconds to decide the answer before it appears on screen. Next, you will hear the same reading again, this time without the text on the screen.
