How to mount tires by hand

Short tutorial how I mount tires just using hands and simple tools. Also how to stretch tires. Tires are Falken FK452 215/40r16 and wheels are custom made by me. Those are originally e30 stock bottlecaps (14x7“) but I rebarreled them so the size is now 16x9,75“.
