Conflict flares between Azerbaijan and Armenia, Ali Mustafa reports from Karabakh

The conflict between Azerbaijan and Armenia is heating up again. Mortar shells fired from rebel positions in occupied Karabakh have killed three people in the past few days. Many people have also been injured and buildings destroyed. Ali Mustafa visited areas close to the disputed region that have been shelled in the past few days.
