Recorded in 1995 during a private work out between tours, the video shows Michael and Jeffrey sparring some routines. Jeffrey will be in the UK on tour with Shalamar in April 2016. JD introduced bodypopping and street dance to the UK with his ground breaking 1982 performance on Top Of The Pops for Shalamar. It was the beginning of a whole new dance era.
