This session’s title is about your personal Dreams List. It might be an opportunity to connect deeper with yourself and your life. Or just a quick fun activity. Don’t believe me? Read on, do the exercise. It doesn’t cost you any $. The exercise is simple: Take your phone, tablet, laptop, or pen and paper, create a new file and name it “99 (insert your name) Dreams”. Now, you guessed it, you start with “1)” and write down one of the dreams you still have for your life. Hit “return”, add the second one, then the third. Do maybe 20 in one session, or fill all 99 spots at once. It should be fine if this takes you
