Planetside 2 | Your Frame Rate Determines Your Fire Rate

Dumb bug. Decided to make a video about it, mainly because I couldn’t believe a similar result I saw on reddit. What a whole load of crap. Testing the GD-7F with a fire rate of 845rpm, reduces by a large amount at low fps. This result is somewhat counter to an opinion out there which said the optimum frame rate is that of your monitor.
