A Summer Cupcake

This pretty “Summer Cupcake“ was made using just a ruffle tip, a grass tip, buttercream and a turn table! I have always liked fancy cupcakes, just not the fancy time it takes to make them. This is my spin on a cupcake for this summer or any cupcake time. Give it a whirl! Toni
