AMYAH AND AKYLI FALL IN LOVE

[Alena] The second leg of our road trip and the girl’s have fallen in love with California. Today we check out Burbank, Beverly Hills, and Venice! There’s so many things to do with them in all this different terrain that I was too excited to get out their with them and start exploring. All my early mom-hood I’ve dreamed of homeschooling my kids, going on daily adventures, learning by just living, and now we are soo close to achieving that dream. I’m relieved that the girls’ are excited as I am. This move have shown me how mature their thinking is in the way they show their feelings about leaving family, friends and home. Them being on rodeo drive and not liking the fancy, not caring about the clothes, the riches, makes me hopeful that having a strong faith-filled family upbringing will overpower and outsmart anything the world will try to throw at them ---especially growing up in a very progressive, liberal, anti-Jesus, pro-materialistic, pro-superficial, hyper image conscious world. n
