Psalm 22 Holocaust Lament

Psalm 22, which begins with “My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?“ (Eli, Eli, lama asavtani in Hebrew) has always been the cry of the Jew under duress. This traditional chant (sung by Magdalith) has been put with faces from the Holocaust to remind us that this is a lament that is timeless. Made for The Well, a Christian community in Brussels, Belgium for their Lent theme of LAMENT.
