Rode NT1 vs Oktava MK-102 (Large Diaphragm Cardioid Shootout)

This video is about a head to head comparison (Shootout) of the Rode NT1 Large Diaphragm Cardioid microphone versus the Oktava MK-102 Large Diaphragm Cardioid microphone. Each microphone on their own is a great value and the audio each produces is incredible, but which one sounds better overall since they have very similar designs (Large Diaphragms with Cardioid Polar Patterns) and similar price points? For fairness, no pop filter/wind protection/dead cat was used on either microphone during recording. In addition, no post processing (i.e. Phase, Compression, EQ, De-breath, De-plosive, De-click, De-noise, De-less, etc.) of any kind was applied to the audio except for level and gain. My apologies for the clicks, plosives, sibilance, breaths, etc. in the video, but I think it is important to listen to the unaltered natural audio coming out of each microphone to figure out which microphone may be best for you and your work flow.
