translation of majima’s karaoke song from yakuza kiwami 2, with some consulting from my pal @faerytells on twitter. im quite rusty, so i was unsure of how exactly i should interpret some parts/the translation might be a bit weird in some places (notably like the entire 大統領？社長？お偉いさん？ stanza i had a hard time understanding) and i took some liberties with the wording to make it flow a bit nicer. feel free to make suggestions and i’ll correct any mistakes via annotation. full lyrics below!
