Winter Landing and Take-off from Courchevel (LFLJ)

This video was shot as I was doing my checkout flight for Courchevel - France’s most famous altiports. My landing was a little long - my obsession with soft landings. One thing that I quickly learned is that you need to keep momentum or power up otherwise you will not make it to the top of runway. For this flight we flew our club’s Robin DR400-180 from Aéroport Cannes Mandelieu. Flight time between airports was about an hour.
