The Spot Suite | Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse (Original Soundtrack) by Daniel Pemberton

The Spot was marketed lightly in the film’s trailers and ads, but he ended up becoming one of the scariest and most malevolent forces in any Spider-Man film. His theme is constructed in odd five note phrases, mainly performed through wirey, dingy strings and whistling. His theme is off-kilter and weird, which I think more than fits the character at the start. But as his menace and threat grows, that weirdness is less comical and silly and becomes something far more evil and destructive. The theme becomes a distorted, chaotic, malevolent, and unhinged theme that strikes me as one of the most unique musical themes for a Spider-Man villain in a long time.
