Rebranded Russian McDonald’s Returned to St Petersburg. WOW! So Quick!

The new company was called “Vkusno i Tochka” (literally: “Tasty and Period” which is in Russian context actually means “Tasty and That’s It”). Oleg Paroev, the General Manager of McDonald’s in Russia became the General Manager of “Vkusno i Tochka”. So, McDonald’s Corporation has “sold” their Russian restaurants to two key personalities of Russian McDonald’s. The most interesting option of the “sale” is that McDonald’s Corporation can buy all these restaurants back anytime within 15 years.
