Many rivers are at moderate and major flood stages. People are seeing using boats and jet skies to get down the flooded roads, to get to their homes. Some vehicles were flooded as well. A few businesses were also flooded, including a motel. An electric substation is partially flooded, and some roads are washing out due to the flooding and flow of water over the roadways. #SCWX #LSM #Flooding #riverflooding
