Passenger Darren Harrison, who claimed to have no flying experience, took control of the aircraft, contacting air traffic controllers for assistance. Air traffic controller and flight instructor Robert Morgan talked Harrison down, assisting him getting the aircraft and those on board down to Palm Beach safely.
