It might be the most requested video from my students and viewers about my skin care, here it is😊 ✅I have been following the same from almost 7/8 months! ✅An year back I read something “ we eat through our skin, our skin breaths and we should not keep anything on our skin, when we are not keeping in mouth”! And I don’t know why, I kept reading the same statement in many beautiful books! In YouTube videos also, I only wear Kajal and light lipstick or nothing !and even before shoot also or any event also, I use only sunnipindi😊✅ Once in a moon , some powder if I am weak and it’s showing! That’s all! ✅first thing before opening my eyes, rub palms and place it on my eyes and massage the face through our! When we wake up we have so much positive and beautiful energy in our hands😊 ✅wash my eyes first and then face with cold water or room temperature. ✅nadi shodhana pranayama, without this my day usually doesn’t start, glow is just an add on benefit from many many uses. ✅kapoldouthi kriya, 6 rounds! ✅and @yathiraja_naturalproducts sunnipindi for complete body and face . For face I use it once in 2 or 3 days I massage it on my face and then wash it with cold water! ✅it’s from homeopathy and naturopathy doctors who makes some amazing natural products, they are a very small business with loads of beauty in products ❤️ ✅some days, I use fruit masks, diy😊 OM NAMAH SHIVAYA 🙏
