Take a lap! Watch the Huttons Bowl California Condor chick burn some energy in its nesting cave. As condor chicks age, their activity in the nest and surrounding areas increases. You might see mock battles with vegetation, bursts of wing flapping, and the curious inspection of all manner of objects in the vicinity. Overall, older condor chicks appear to be highly inquisitive and at times very active creatures.
