Community of al-Mu’arrajat, Jericho District: Rifle-toting Israeli settler enters tents, searching them with the military’s protection On Saturday, 29 July 2023, at around 4:00 P.M., a settler arrived at the community of al-Mu’arrajat with a military escort, walked around the tents, entering tent homes and sheep pens claiming his sheep had been stolen. Soldiers who arrived at the scene yelled at residents who tried to get the settler away from their homes and livestock pens. The settler and soldiers eventually left. This settler set up an outpost about 10 kilometers north of the community about a year ago, and ever since then, has been frequently arriving at the community and harassing residents.
