CrossFit Games - Sam Briggs and Annie Thorisdottir on Regional Workout 3

Annie Thorisdottir and Sam Briggs lead the women’s competition at the 2011 Europe Regional. Annie has taken 1st in every event for the first two days, and Sam has kept a tenacious grasp on 2nd. Annie shaved 30 seconds off the the best time from last weekend’s Regionals (Akinwale: 3:27), with a smoking 2:57 finish. Briggs finished in 3:16!
