Hi there! Today I bring you an easy and healthy pasta salad with broccolini, tomatoes, almonds, basil and balsamic vinaigrette. You can make this salad vegan by omitting the honey in the dressing. This is a delicious salad for hot Summer days. Serve it as a side or as a light meal. If you are going to feed this salad to the kids, I would advise that you use regular mustard instead of Dijon and omit the garlic in the dressing. Enjoy!
