How to make this delicious pan-fried , then steamed, then pan-fried again cooking. Bao filled with pork & shrimp veggie in oyster sauce. Crispy on the outside, but juicy inside. Tasty too. Very popular in Shanghai , Hong kong and in Manila ( Binondo, chinatown ). Enjoy.
